30 Second Exercise

Every morning, when I wake up I take 15 seconds to go over my plans, goals, intentions for the day…as I envision them, I choose to feel very good about them.

Every night, before I close my eyes, I review the events of my day for 15 seconds: I appreciate my accomplishments.  What I did, rather than what I didn’t do.What I enjoyed, rather than what disappointed me. Whom I touched, who touched me, and the warm and wonderful feelings we exchanged in that moment.

Every night I go to sleep with a smile on my face and no regrets in my heart, every morning I awake with anticipation for my day and no anxiety about the outcome…because I chose to feel good am, pm, and throughout the day.
